MCI provides low-voltage installation services, including security systems, surveillance cameras, access control, Wi-Fi solutions, network setup, and low-voltage cabling, plus complementary services, for residential and commercial clients in Central Florida.
Estimates are provided free of charge and are non-binding until confirmed in writing by both parties. Pricing varies by project based on scope, materials, and site conditions. We do not publish fixed prices.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled appointment times. Scheduling depends on availability and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
MCI provides a one-year warranty on the workmanship of our installations. This warranty covers our labor and does not replace manufacturer warranties on equipment, which are provided separately by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modifications by others, power surges, or events outside our control.
You agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access to the property so we can perform the work safely and correctly.
We may install or service products from third-party brands. All trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners. ADT is a registered trademark of ADT LLC; MCI is an independent contractor that provides installation and service of ADT®-monitored systems through an ADT Authorized Dealer partner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
